I don't think it's possible to sink in the great Salt Lake, so it's probably not a good body dumping ground. That said, it's also not a great place for a date. Especially with a stranger. I had a 2nd or 3rd date there, which turned out to be very unpleasant. The smell, the winds, the birds, etc. I guess I didn't let it get me down too much, since I ended spending the next 7 years with the guy.
