truth be told i am not an html princess, obviously. case and point, my sidebar. any advice on how to make the blue go away? far, far away. out goes my obsession with blue pens. suddenly blue writing is just not so appealing. help me, pretty please in pink sparkles? i would offer blue for the gents, but i am bitter.

I'm not the best at html either, but give this a try. (Make sure you know how to go back to what it was in case it doesn't work.) A quarter way down in your page's html therre's a section called "links" where it says "a:link { color:#488"
I believe you can change it there. Look for html color codes on the web. A quick Google search found this one: http://www.immigration-usa.com/html_colors.html
