Must be the mayor of Nephi.
Do you suppose it's to let the rest of us know that at least one person in Nephi has made it and can afford to drive such a distinguished, foreign automobile (albeit a foreign manufacturer owned by Ford)? You go, Gatsby! Or perhaps it's meant as an aid so that good Samaritans (undoubtedly just like the driver) may point her (could it possibly be a him?) in the right direction should she become a bit addled from all the antidepressants (conveniently carried in a day-week pill caddy carefully cradled in the cupholder next to the diet coke)? Oh, the possibilities are endless!
i actually know a guy named nephi ... and he's about as far from lds as you can get. i wonder if that's his ... i don't know what he drives.
